Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Equipment
Position Title: Parts Manager
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage pricing strategies for online parts sales
Set up and maintain accurate pricing for all parts and accessories
Prepare competitive pricing proposals and adjust prices as needed
Ensure all pricing complies with tax and import/export rules
Drive sales by following up on high-value quotes
Oversee the full sales process for equipment parts, from customer enquiry to delivery
Track market trends and look for ways to grow the parts business
Create and carry out sales plans and promotions to reach sales goals
Manage all steps in the spare parts process, from buying to delivery
Understand customer needs and suggest the right parts
Review and improve current processes for better efficiency and results
Take on any other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Experience with ERP systems and related software
Previous parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus
Able to analyze data to spot trends and make decisions
Strong problem-solving skills for handling issues with parts, pricing, or logistics
