A leading company specializing in commercial vehicle maintenance seeks a Parts Advisor/Executive. This role involves managing inventory and stock planning, ensuring efficient demand/supply processes. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in relevant fields, with 3 years' experience in the automotive sector and strong analytical skills.
PARTS ADVISOR / EXECUTIVE (AUTOMOTIVE)
Company Background:
One of Singapore’s established company specializing in the distribution and maintenance of commercial vehicles, including forklifts and material handling equipment.
Remuneration Package:
Basic up to S$ 4,200
Flexi Dollars Benefits S$ 800 (yearly renewal)

Location: North-East (Senoko Area)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm)
Job Functions:
Understand the process of forecasting and replenishment of stock planningas well as concepts such as “safety stocks” and “working stocks” tomaintain a healthy balance between over stock and out of stock.
Analyse and manage stock and purchase order related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation.
Working closely with our “Users” and “Parts Store” to establish an efficient demand and supply process.
Generate and analyse reports to support demand/forecast/supply information and make appropriate recommendations.
Effective management of stock order and allocation, ensuring stock level across the “Parts Stores” are healthy and within established KPI.
Ensure smooth coordination with relevant parties (Forwarders, Customs, Vendor, Warehouse etc)
Assist in daily coordination with Ops Team and Warehouse.
To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in managing spares, procurement processes and vendor relations.
Able to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Analytical, take initiatives and ownership, process oriented.
Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office and strong with Inventory Systems.
Strong in demand planning and inventory analysis.
