What We Need:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Partnership Marketing Executive to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing activities in collaboration with our operator partners to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop strategic marketing campaigns, optimize promotional efforts, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue, player engagement and loyalty through partnership-driven campaigns.
Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing initiatives, including promotions, tournaments, and exclusive player offers.
Strengthen brand presence through joint promotional activities and co-branded marketing efforts.
Collaborate with account managers to plan and execute events and campaigns with our partners, ensuring engagement, brand alignment, and optimal performance
Work with internal content, design, and product teams to develop engaging marketing materials tailored for partner promotions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.
Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to build brand visibility and forge new partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to foster collaboration and support.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Partnership Marketing, Experience planning and executing marketing event campaigns is a plus.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
