MINDFULL COMMUNITY LIMITED is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead outreach to corporations, schools, faith-based groups and communities, promoting Mindfull Community programmes. You will cultivate government and private sector partnerships, coordinate events, deliver talks, monitor KPIs, and ensure data is captured in the CRM.

The role requires independent work, strong writing, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, counselling, social work or psychology (advantage).
  • At least 3 years in marketing, business development or mental health fields.
  • Strong organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills.
  • Independent, results-driven with collaborative approach; able to work weekends/nights.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outreach activities to promote Mindfull Community to corporations, schools, faith groups and communities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government, corporations, schools and NGOs.
  • Raise public awareness and foster referrals and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to deliver high-quality programmes for caregivers and care recipients.
  • Coordinate events with partners to address client needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate involvement and impact of outreach activities.
  • Conduct talks and workshops.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
  • Collect and store data in the CRM system.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as needed.

Job Responsibities
  • Plans and executes diverse outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, talks, and events, aimed at promoting Mindfull Community and its programmes and services to corporations, faith-based groups, schools and communities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, including government, corporations, schools, faith-based organisations and communities.
  • Raises public awareness of Mindfull Community through engagement with various sectors, fostering referrals and collaboration.
  • Collaborates closely with colleagues to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to caregivers and care recipients across diverse sectors.
  • Works in tandem with partners and stakeholders to coordinate and participate in events that raise awareness and promote programmes and services, addressing the specific needs of clients.
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of Mindfull Community’s involvement in outreach activities and events.
  • Conduct training (talks and workshops).
  • Develop, monitor and ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
  • Ensure all relevant data is collected and stored in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Undertakes any other administrative duties as and when directed.
Job Requirement
  • Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree - a degree in marketing, business development, counselling, social work or psychology will be an advantage
  • Has at least 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development or mental health related fields
  • Possesses good organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills
  • Capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries
  • Results-oriented and is comfortable in working independently
  • Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Proficient in the English Language and has good writing skills
  • Good sense of integrity and displays sincerity when dealing with stakeholders
  • Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues
  • Partnerships Manager may be required to conduct talks and workshops in Chinese language. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage
  • Willingness to work on weekends and weekday nights
  • Immediate availability preferred
