Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, corporate partnerships, account management, stakeholder engagement, events management, or related field.
• Proven ability to build, manage and grow relationships with corporate partners, sponsors and donors.
• Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities, events and campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, donor databases, data management, reporting and tracking fundraising performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with report writing, presentations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Partnership Management: manage relationships with existing partners, be the primary contact and coordinate updates and impact reports.
• Donor Stewardship: develop donor stewardship activities, recognition programs, impact communications and events.
• Fundraising Events & Campaigns: plan and execute events and campaigns, maximize participation and fundraising impact.
• CRM Reporting: maintain CRM records and develop processes to track fundraising activities and engagement metrics.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Partnerships & Donor Engagement Manager / Assistant Manager to strengthen donor relationships, manage corporate partnerships and support fundraising growth. The primary objective is to increase donor retention, grow partnership value and build long-term supporter relationships. The role will establish and manage CRM and reporting processes, and provide insights that support effective fundraising and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Corporate Partnership Management

• Manage & strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership-related matters.
• Prepare partnership updates, impact reports, & presentations that demonstrate outcomes & value delivered to partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement, expand sponsorship support, secure partnership renewals, & develop new collaborative initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership activities are aligned with organisational priorities & delivered effectively.

B. Donor Stewardship

• Develop & implement donor stewardship activities that strengthen relationships & encourage ongoing support.
• Coordinate donor appreciation initiatives, recognition programmes, impact communications, & stewardship events.
• Maintain regular communication with donors through updates, reports, newsletters, meetings, & personalized engagement activities.

C. Fundraising Events & Campaigns

• Plan, coordinate, & deliver fundraising events & community engagement activities from concept through execution & post-event evaluation.
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to maximise participation, visibility, & fundraising impact throughout the year.
• Coordinate sponsor and partner participation, ensuring all sponsorship benefits, recognition opportunities, and event commitments are delivered effectively.

D. CRM Reporting

• Maintain a CRM system to manage donor, partner, and stakeholder records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Develop and implement processes for tracking fundraising activities, donor engagement, partnership interactions, and key performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, corporate partnerships, account management, stakeholder engagement, events management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, & grow relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, donors, & other stakeholders.
• Strong project management & organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, campaigns, & stakeholder commitments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems & donor databases, including data management, reporting, & tracking engagement activities & fundraising performance.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including stakeholder correspondence, report writing, presentations, and proposal development.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently while engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
