My client is a renowned consulting MNC and they are seeking an experienced Director of Partnerships, AI to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives that drive growth and innovation in AI-powered solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, industry leaders, and startups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, industry leaders, and startups.

2. AI Innovation: Lead the development and execution of AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

3. Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute an innovation strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to drive innovation and growth.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 15+ years of experience in partnership development, innovation, or a related field, with a focus on AI and technology.

2. Education: At least a Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Being a Ph.D holder is a plus.

3. Skills: Strong business development, partnership, and innovation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the AI and technology industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with AI Technologies: Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, LLM and computer vision.

2. Startup Experience: Experience working with startups or venture-backed companies.
