Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. The Online Marketing (OM) Partnerships team drives Shopee’s collaboration with global digital platforms. We connect external partners with internal teams to unlock performance, secure resources, and stay ahead of digital trends. Job Description:

  • Support the management of media partners to drive business growth, executing business planning by using data, deep insights, and in alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of media partners, aligning on deliverables, testing plans, and innovation initiatives
  • Monitor ecosystem trends and competitor activity to keep our partner library fresh, relevant, and innovation-ready
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Planning, Adtech, Data and Finance teams) to evaluate country-level, partner-level performance and actively help with problem solving
  • Assist in preparing meeting summaries, internal reports, and post-mortems to guide future marketing investment decisions
  • Take ownership of key projects or countries over time, conduct analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in business performance, and to recommend marketing and pricing strategies, growing into a well-rounded partnership lead

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent coordination, problem-solving skills and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Curious about digital marketing, media platforms, and the role of partnerships in driving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in written and spoken English
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, partnerships, or digital media is a plus but not required
