Job Scope:
Client Servicing
- Responsibility for maintaining excellent relationships with our partnerships through effective client management
- Providing the conduit for our Sponsors into all aspects of event
- Servicing our clients effectively by ensuring they are provided regularly with WIP meetings, status reports, post-event reports, recces, post-event appreciation events.
Rights Delivery
- Deliver all sponsor rights and benefits as per contract
- Effectively managing any appointed activation and sponsorship budget ensuring all sponsor rights are delivered as per the agreed cost per sale parameters
- Working closely with the Operations team, oversee the construction and delivery of all sponsors and partners branding and booth on-site
- To work with Marketing teams through ensuring that digital entitlements are being executed – social media post, eDM insertion, RIG etc
- Work with Athlete Services on partner race entries – paid/complimentary
- Generate post-event report for partners
- Development of race day guide, accreditation deck and information specific to sponsors to facilitate smooth operations on race day
Corporate Booth Purchase
- Be the main liaison for corporate enquiries, confirmation, and payment
- Creating information pack/guide for corporates
- Work with Ops team for corporate booth requirements
- Liaise with F & B vendor for corporate requirements
Event Week Deliverables
- Oversee sponsor branding set-up at venues
- Ensure that corporate & partners booth set-up is completed for expo & race day
- Ensure that programming that involved sponsors aligned with Marketing team
Duration:

Experience:
At least 3-4 year of relevant working experience in client servicing and partnership management
Experience in sporting events/events is preferred
