Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic
Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and retail partners. This role is pivotal in driving Supermom's growth through strategic partnerships that generate brand awareness and valuable consumer data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development
- Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities with hospitals, maternity clinics, pediatric centers, and retail chains
- Develop proposals and presentations tailored to partner needs and Supermom's value proposition
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Supermom's goals
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Manage partner onboarding and training on co-branded initiatives or joint campaigns
- Schedule and lead regular check-ins to assess partnership performance and opportunities for growth
- Data and Engagement Activation
- Collaborate with partners to implement data collection initiatives, such as surveys, registrations, or in-store/clinic activations
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and ethical handling in line with regulatory standards
- Work with internal marketing and analytics teams to turn partnership data into insights and actionable campaigns
- Brand Awareness and Campaign Execution
- Co-create and execute brand awareness activities such as events, sampling programs, or informational materials at partner locations
- Measure and report on campaign outcomes, ROI, and engagement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
- Share feedback and learnings from partners to inform product development and content strategies
- Customer service management
- Manage the customer service team to deliver on leads to conversions.
- Manage the customer service team in bottom of funnel activities such as school tours etc.
- Develop the right tools that support the customer service team, and identifying areas to help improve team success and efficiency.
- Develop the right SOPS for the customer service team.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a startup environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Negotiation and contract management experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data reporting platforms is a plus
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a fast-paced team
