Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and expand our Partnerships strategy across APAC
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & partner decision-makers
• Identify new opportunities for the firm to expand its reach via partnership opportunities
• Prioritise ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources to the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage lesser ones
• Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years at a centralised crypto exchange, prime brokerage or prop trading firm
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Solid understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
• Demonstrate a partner-minded, entrepreneurial, and a team-oriented mindset
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills
• Experience handling third-party relationships and communicating key findings and proposals
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Familiar with FalconX products and services, including our trading and prime brokerage services
• Passion for the crypto space
