Job description

This is a key role in the Group Branding and Communications team, responsible for driving the integrated brand strategy and establishing brand credibility through planning and executing activation, positioning, marketing, and communication activities. The incumbent will seek out, engage, negotiate, and maintain partnerships/sponsorships (referred to as "Brand Partnership") and other collaborative arrangements to position and realize the Well-being movement represented by The Brand.

(Note: this is limited to partnerships that directly impact the Brand and does not include business partnerships.)

This team is responsible for partnerships that will drive the following aspects:

  • Drive the Partnership aspect aligned with the Integrated Brand strategy: Develop, translate, and guard the Brand Partnership.
  • Lead the implementation of The Brand Partnership Position, represent, and raise the profile of the Brand.
  • Build and sustain The Brand Partnership and community/network management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Brand Partnership Developer: Develop strategies for activation and promotion of ESG & Impact Investing, including initiatives for partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Brand Partnership Translator: Develop narratives to articulate The Brand proposition, create key messaging pillars, and maintain partnership/sponsorship kits.
  • Brand Partnership Guardian: Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration of partnerships with The Brand.
  • Brand Partnership Strategist: Monitor market trends, identify collaboration opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Ambassador: Implement brand positioning with partners and develop new partnership potentials.
  • Brand Messenger: Support PR & marketing in developing content and messages for The Brand.
  • Brand Partnership Manager: Lead the strategic plan, manage relationships, negotiate agreements, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Community Builder: Collaborate on networking events, be primary contact for event partners, and maintain a robust network.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or related fields.
  • Proven success in managing partnership and sponsorship programs.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, ESG principles, sustainability, and impact investing.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in international contexts with cultural sensitivity.
