Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is seeking a Partnerships Intern to join the AI Lab task force at the exciting start of its story. You will research potential partners across Singapore's universities, polytechnics, industry bodies and financial institutions, then reach out, track progress and help move conversations toward signing ceremonies.

As the engine of coordination, you will manage event logistics, support student programmes and assist with meetings, agendas and notes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in communications, business, finance, public policy or a related field.
• Clear, professional written English; Mandarin a strong plus for cross-market coordination.
• Organised to a fault: you keep trackers current, confirm twice, and never let a follow-up drop.
• Comfortable initiating contact with senior external stakeholders — polite, precise, persistent.
• Genuine interest in AI and financial markets; fluent with productivity and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner outreach — Research and map potential AI Lab partners across Singapore's universities, polytechnics, industry associations, government-linked programmes and financial institutions; build and maintain the prospect list; schedule and confirm meetings.
• School & talent programme support — Lead outreach to universities and student communities for the Lab's student programme, managing programme materials, application logistics and campus session coordination; plan and coordinate community-facing student events including hackathons, sports days and inter-varsity fixtures that position the Lab within student communities; apply event management skills to ensure smooth delivery of each touchpoint from briefing through to post-event review.
• Liaison & partnership coordination — acts as the day-to-day contact point between the AI Lab task force, partner organisations and event organisers; circulate agendas before meetings and notes; track follow-up actions to completion.
• Programme & event administration — Own the partner contact log and programme tracker; prepare briefing packs, presentation materials and event logistics documentation; support documentation for partnership agreements and community programme deliverables.
• Event management support — Contribute to the planning and execution of the Lab's public activations and its presence at major industry events across the region; assist with on-ground event management, attendee coordination and post-event reporting; support community engagement initiatives that build the Lab's visibility across student and professional networks.

As Partnerships Intern, you sit inside the AI Lab task force at the very start of its story — the half-year in which its first partnerships are signed and the Lab is publicly unveiled. You will be the engine room of that effort: researching and reaching out to potential partners, keeping the programme organised, and making the liaison between Longbridge, partners and event organisers run smoothly.
