Partnership Development Executive

Location: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia (Remote-friendly)

Report To: Senior Regional Account Manager & Regional Client Head

Job Description

The Partnership Development Regional Executive is responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and managing communication with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Discovery & Evaluation
  • Source, evaluate, and shortlist influencers using marketing tools.
  • Ensure influencers align with campaign goals based on demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
  1. Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, editors, bloggers, and brand partners.
  • Maintain an updated media and KOL database for outreach and planning.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships for ongoing campaigns.
  1. Negotiation & Talent Acquisition
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables with influencers.
  • Finalize influencer selection based on budget and timelines.
  1. Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Manage onboarding, briefing, and communication with influencers.
  • Ensure influencers understand campaign objectives.
  • Monitor posting schedules and follow up as needed.
  1. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze campaign performance data.
  • Prepare reports for internal and client review.
  1. Payment Coordination
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments.
  1. Internal & Client Support
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate and updated information.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign operations, or project coordination preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive and reliable in following up with teams and partners.
  • Fluent in local language and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable with communication and project management tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Line, Asana, Google Sheets, Slack).
