Job description

    You will only be eligible for this role if you have either worked or studied abroad (on-site).We're looking for a highly motivated Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success team. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all our valued Partners. Your key responsibilities will include managing our Partners" expectations and aligning them with our HR and Operations teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing 2 account executives in charge of logistics and deliverables to our existing Partners.In this role, you will need to coordinate with our HR Director to ensure the continuous performance and delivery of engineering teams within timelines and with expected quality. It will be essential for you to ensure timely and quality reporting both internally and to our Partners. You will also be tasked with revising and optimizing our internal processes, creating documentation, tools, and training sessions to improve on deliverables as a unit and better align our partners" needs with our deliverables.To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in product management and/or Account Management. Experience reporting to C-level executives will be beneficial. You should have the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines, deliver under pressure, and possess excellent human relations skills to assist and obtain the support of others. Managing multiple, ever-changing priorities and situations will be a key part of this role.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential for this position. Interpersonal skills are non-negotiable. Experience working in Agencies, especially IT or HR driven, will be useful. Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage over 15 accounts and growing.
