The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Job responsibilities
  • Identify, structure, and lead initiatives and business programs (e.g., planning, business scaling, growth programs, quota setting, and performance improvement programs).
  • Provide thought leadership to the cloud sales leadership and cross-functional leaders, and develop the market’s business plan and go-to-market business strategy and gain the required support to execute programs.
  • Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews for the business teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive operational excellence in business growth, opportunity and health and performance metrics, across growing Cloud teams in-market.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting or in a strategy/business operations role in an enterprise software firm or related business management capacity.
  • Experience in operational execution in technology business organizations.
  • Experience working in an enterprise software or cloud sales.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in leading programs or consulting projects in an enterprise space.
  • Experience in collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of trends and patterns in business performance.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment, with engaging priorities and managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage projects and communicating insights from data.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, investigative, presentation and communication skills.
