The team oversees the full lifecycle of World ID, a decentralized identity protocol built on Web3 tech, prioritizing privacy, security, and user data control. Key challenges include:

• Scaling globally while staying locally relevant
• Building a cross-ecosystem developer community
• Bridging Web2 and Web3 user experiences
• Empowering data minimization at internet scale
• Introducing a privacy-preserving digital credential

About the Opportunity

As a Partner Product Manager for World ID, you’ll drive adoption and market fit through strategic partnerships. You’ll work directly with external partners to integrate World ID into diverse ecosystems, shaping a roadmap that aligns with local needs and World ID’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives with partners and co-develop World ID integrations
• Define and own a multi-year partner product roadmap
• Engage with partners and users to gather insights for product improvement
• Act as a bridge between partners and the World ID product team
• Track product metrics that measure success and drive adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing
• Navigate product market fit challenges with agility and creativity

About You

• Experience as a founder or key product contributor
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action
• Excellent communication and external partner engagement skills
• Understanding of Web3 and decentralized identity is a plus (or eagerness to learn)
• Adaptability and urgency in fast-paced, early-stage environments

Compensation
