Job description
Overview

Blacklane is looking for an experienced Partner Engagement Manager to join the APAC team. You will be the go-to on-the-ground contact for our supply base in your market(s). To our suppliers, you will be the face of Blacklane.

Responsibilities
  • You will be the go-to contact on the ground for our chauffeur partners in Singapore, Hong Kong and the subregion.
  • To our key client and supply partners, you will be the face of Blacklane, representing our values and commitment to service excellence.
  • You will manage and develop relationships with one of our top clients across APAC, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You will work to improve supply quality and engagement, supported by a Senior or Lead Market Manager.
  • You will collaborate with Blacklane’s Partner Support teams, ensuring they have the local knowledge they need to support our supply partners effectively.
  • You will handle escalated support issues that cannot be resolved by our support teams.
  • You will use your local expertise and performance data to help plan and drive market growth with the Senior or Lead Market Manager.
  • You will conduct regular quality checks, airport audits and on-the-ground training sessions for chauffeurs.
  • You will lead regular partner meetings and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • You will hold monthly stakeholder meetings to align on market needs and performance.
  • You will co-host monthly client business review meetings together with the Market Managers to ensure strong collaboration and transparency.
Qualifications
  • You are currently based in Singapore.
  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience; experience in the airline, mobility or hospitality sector is a plus.
  • You have a strong track record of working face-to-face with external suppliers and clients.
  • You’re passionate about building a sense of community with both partners and clients.
  • You are convincing, personable, helpful and prefer being out in the field rather than behind a desk.
  • You are flexible, a team player and able to work independently and with initiative.
