Responsibilities

Own & grow the P&L for the Data & AI practice, driving revenue and profitability.
Engage C-level clients, providing AI-driven business transformation strategies.
Develop and implement cutting-edge AI & data solutions (ML, Predictive Analytics, Cloud AI).
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and talent growth.
Enhance brand visibility through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and publications.

What We're Looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
12+ years in Data, AI, or Analytics Consulting, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Analytics.
Ability to engage C-level executives, build client trust, and drive strategic initiatives.
Track record of business growth, team leadership, and thought leadership.
A passion for innovation, transformation, and delivering measurable impact.

Benefits

Salary Package: SGD500K - 650K plus bonus depending on experience and track record.
Annual Leave: 22 days + insurance coverage.
