Job summary

Grab is seeking a Partner Acquisition Intern in Singapore to support onboarding and daily mobility operations. You will collaborate with driver-partners, fleet partners, and internal teams to ensure operational readiness and timely execution of tasks within a dynamic portfolio.

This is a full‑time internship running January–May 2027. You will coordinate data-driven insights, leverage dashboards and AI tools, and contribute to enhancements in reporting and workflows while balancing multiple

Qualifications

• Ability to extract and analyze data from dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical thinking to identify trends and present findings.
• Excellent multitasking and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver and fleet partner onboarding and readiness.
• Pull, validate, clean, reconcile, and analyze portfolio data.
• Present updates on trends, gaps, causes, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate shift handovers and guide temporary/BPO staff.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve data analysis and workflows.
