Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for distributors and partners in Emerging Countries.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth through distributors, resellers, and solution partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations and provide application support to both partners and end users.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; alternatively, 15+ years of relevant experience in test and measurement and distribution will be considered.
  • >5 years of experience in technical sales and channel/distributor management within the test and measurement industry.
  • Strong understanding of test equipment and distribution landscape in the Philippines and Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales through channel partners and direct customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
