A leading investment firm is seeking a General Partner to drive full-cycle investments and support firm growth. This role entails leading investment strategies, fundraising, and managing portfolio companies, while also being pivotal in shaping the firm's culture and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a track record of capital raising and successful investing.
We’re seeking a General Partner to join our leadership team. This role combines full-cycle investing with firm leadership, portfolio support, and capital formation. As a GP, you will play a key role in shaping our investment strategy, fundraising efforts, and long-term growth.
Investing & Portfolio Management
• Deal Sourcing & Origination: Identify and cultivate relationships with exceptional founders, with a focus on thematic and proprietary sourcing strategies.
• Investment Leadership: Lead diligence processes, develop investment theses, write IC memos, and negotiate deal terms.
• Portfolio Support: Actively support portfolio companies, serving as a board member or strategic advisor to help navigate inflection points, hiring, go-to-market, and financing rounds.
Fundraising & LP Management
• Capital Formation: Partner with other GPs on fundraising strategy and execution for current and future funds.
• LP Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Limited Partners.
• Storytelling & Positioning: Craft and articulate the firm’s narrative, track record, and differentiation to LP audiences.
• Reporting & Engagement: Contribute to LP updates, data room materials, and fundraising collateral.
Firm Building
• Help drive firm strategy, culture, and team development.
• Mentor junior investors and contribute to internal processes and decision-making rigor.
• Represent the firm externally through content, events, and ecosystem leadership.
Ideal Profile
• Experience as a Partner, Principal, or senior operator with proven investing or scaling success.
• Demonstrated ability to raise capital—either as a GP, solo-capitalist, or founder raising from top-tier VCs or institutions.
• Strong founder and LP networks, and a personal sourcing engine for both dealflow and capital.
• Ability to evaluate early-stage startups with clarity and conviction across product, team, and market dimensions.
• Exceptional communicator with deep integrity and founder empathy.
• Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset - eager to help shape the next phase of our firm’s evolution.
