2 Hours/Day | 2 Days/Week | No Commission

Are you confident on the phone and looking for a flexible, part-time role? We're hiring a Telemarketer to help promote our services to businesses across Singapore.

Role Details:

  • Schedule: 2 hours per day, 2 days per week

  • Location: 100% Work from Home

  • Compensation: Fixed hourly pay (Up to $20 per hour)

  • Equipment: Company phone will be provided

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to SMEs and corporations in Singapore

  • Promote group medical insurance plans professionally

  • Engage with HR personnel, business owners, and decision-makers

  • Gather relevant business information and qualify leads based on criteria

  • Schedule appointments or follow-ups for our insurance consultant

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus

  • Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM systems

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home

  • Self-motivated and consistent in meeting call/lead targets
