You will make outbound calls, use provided scripts, and secure appointments for consultants, with training provided. Flexible weekday hours and in-office training are offered.

Part time Telemarketer - Appointment Setter

Basic + High Commission | Weekday Flexible Hours

We are looking for a driven Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to support our client outreach through cold calling. If you’re confident on the phone and motivated by performance-based income, this role is for you.

Job Scope

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients

• Introduce services professionally using provided scripts

• Secure and schedule appointments for consultants

• Update call outcomes and appointment records

(Leads, scripts, and training will be provided)

Salary & Commission Structure

• Basic Salary: $10/hr

Appointment Commission (Fixed per successful appointment):

• Tier 1: 1-50 appointments → $5 per appointment

• Tier 2: 51-80 appointments → $6 per appointment

• Tier 3: 81 appointments & above → $9 per appointment

No cap on commission — the more you perform, the more you earn.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible hours
• Training in office

Requirements

Need to call in office

• Comfortable speaking over the phone

• Able to handle rejection positively

• Good communication and basic English proficiency

• Telemarketing / sales experience preferred but not required

• Training will be provided for the right attitude
