1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists.
2. Present and explain product features, benefits to potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments.
5. Develop and maintain a sales pitch and address customer objections.
6. Sharing basic product information and services, answer basic inquiries, and gather contact information.
7. Maintain accurate call records and update customer databases.
8. Keep accurate records of sales interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
11. Provide feedback to management to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
12. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing telemarketing activities.

Working hours & Salary:

• At least 2-3 days a week, 10am to 5pm
• $12 per hour
