A leading advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a proactive telesales representative to reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector. The role involves cold calling, arranging appointments, and following up on leads while achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reaching out to prospective clients via cold calling
· Identify their real estate needs aspirations by tracking and logging call results
· Arrange for meeting/viewing appointment with clients
· Proactively follow up customer leads
· Achievement of sales target calls set by the company
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer services
· Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
· Proactive, highly persuasive, self-driven and able to work under pressure
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
