Expected salary (part time): $70-100/day depending on skillset and experience

Job description:

• Greet patients warmly to brighten their day
• Handle registration and data entry (most patients self-register via the system, reducing your workload)
• Learn to use our clinic management system (training provided)
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages for inquiries and appointments
• Maintain cleanliness after each patient
• Assist with medicine prescription and preparation
• Collect payments
• Order supplies
• Check the mailbox
• Open and prepare the clinic for the day, creating a calming environment
• Support the assistant clinic manager/clinic manager as needed
• Complete closing duties to end your shift
• Attend training sessions if required
• Update our WhatsApp broadcast list
