Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking Part-Time General Manpower Assistants to support school operations and events at various locations across Singapore. You will move, arrange and set up tables, chairs and equipment, and assist with loading and unloading to ensure events run smoothly.

No prior experience is required, but reliability, teamwork and safety-consciousness are valued. Flexible ad hoc assignments offer competitive pay and opportunities to gain experience supporting school events.

Qualifications

• Able to carry out manual handling duties safely (moving, lifting, carrying, setting up equipment).
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Move, arrange, and set up tables, chairs, and related equipment according to operational or event requirements.
• Dismantle and return equipment to designated storage areas after use.
• Perform loading, unloading, and manual handling duties.
• Handle equipment safely and responsibly to prevent injury or damage.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and site instructions.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Able to carry out manual handling duties, including moving, lifting, carrying, and setting up tables, chairs, and equipment safely.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Prior experience in event setup, logistics, operations support, or manual handling duties will be an advantage but is not required.
