Job Description:

• Support entities' workforce upskilling agenda through designing and customizing skills development frameworks for staff, talents, and leaders.
• Assist entities in sourcing and curating relevant training programs aligned with S&A’s overall skills development agenda.
• Design feedback and coaching programs for internal stakeholders and managers as required.
• Work on specific projects assigned by entities to support skills development and/or ODE-related initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in related work.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, IT savvy.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Contract: 6 months / 2 days per week.
