- Greet and welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant and menu.
- Offer professional advice and answer guests’ questions, including menu recommendations, food ingredients, and drink pairings.
- Take guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen accurately and promptly.
- Deliver high-quality service, including serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, and preparing utensils and napkins.
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and orderly, including table surfaces, chairs, floors, and utensils.
- Handle guest payments, including billing and membership points, and maintain accurate records.
- Recognize and accommodate guests' special needs, such as food allergies or dietary preferences, and coordinate with the kitchen accordingly.
- Work closely with chefs and other servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Comply with restaurant hygiene and safety regulations to ensure food safety and guest health.

Work Schedule requirement:
