Job description

1.接待和迎接客人,引导他们到座位,并为客人提供餐厅和菜单的简要介绍。

2.提供专业的建议并解答客人的问题,包括菜单选择、食品配料、酒水搭配等。

3.接受客人的订餐需求,并将订单及时准确地传达给厨房。

4.提供高质量的服务,包括食品和饮料的服务、碗盘摆放和整理、餐具和巾纸的准备等。

5.确保餐厅环境整洁有序,包括桌面、椅子、地面、餐具等的清洁和摆放。

6.处理客人的支付事务,包括结账和会员积分等,并保持准确的记录。

7.能够认识到并满足客人的特殊需求,如食品过敏、饮食习惯等,并及时与厨房沟通协调。

8.与厨师和其他服务员密切合作,确保食品的准备和送菜的时效性。

9.建立并维护良好的客户关系,提高客户忠诚度和满意度。

10.遵守餐厅的卫生和安全规定,确保食品安全和客人的健康。

  1. Greet and welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant and menu.
  2. Offer professional advice and answer guests’ questions, including menu recommendations, food ingredients, and drink pairings.
  3. Take guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen accurately and promptly.
  4. Deliver high-quality service, including serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, and preparing utensils and napkins.
  5. Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and orderly, including table surfaces, chairs, floors, and utensils.
  6. Handle guest payments, including billing and membership points, and maintain accurate records.
  7. Recognize and accommodate guests' special needs, such as food allergies or dietary preferences, and coordinate with the kitchen accordingly.
  8. Work closely with chefs and other servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
  9. Build and maintain good customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  10. Comply with restaurant hygiene and safety regulations to ensure food safety and guest health.

Work Experience: Prior experience preferred

Job Skills:

  1. Relevant experience in food and beverage service; experience in Western-style dining is a plus.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  3. Attention to detail and commitment to service quality; able to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service.
  4. Good team spirit and the ability to work closely with kitchen staff, other servers, and management.

Work Schedule requirement:

1. Able to work at least TWO days from Friday to Sunday.

2. Min. clocked in hours per week: 28 hours.

3. Able to work during Singapore Public Holiday.
