Job description

Base Piece is looking for a reliable dynamic individual to join us as a promoter. You will be responsible for engaging with customers in the department store, promoting our ceramic tableware.

Salary: $12.5 - $13/hour

Working Hours: Half Day: 10am - 4pm / 4pm - 930pm | Full day: 10am - 930pm

Schedule working dates will be provided beforehand.

Location: Takashimaya Department Store Basement 1

Dates: 22 August - 8 September 2025

Description:

• Attend to customers enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their purchase (preparing of new pieces, writing of sales chit)
• Ensure that display is always kept neat and tidy and replenished
• Keep track of all inventory movement; ensure optimal inventory

Requirements:

• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail would be advantageous
• No prior experience required
• Must be able to commit the full period / majority of the dates.
