Job summary

Rigel Technology (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our store team. You will monitor competitor pricing and promotions to keep us competitively positioned and engage customers to promote products and promotions.

You will observe in-store traffic, collaborate on promotions and product placement, and encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase the average basket size. Training and uniform are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Willing to work on weekends with 11AM-8PM shifts.
• Independent, proactive, and customer-focused with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and promotions to maintain competitiveness.
• Engage with customers to promote products and relevant promotions.
• Observe store traffic to optimize promotions and product placement.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase average basket size.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to explain features and benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and note traffic flow patterns within the store to optimize promotional strategies and product placement.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase the average basket size per customer.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience and repeat business.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on both weekends (work 2 days per week only), 11AM - 8PM.
• Independent and proactive individual.
• Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.

Training and company uniform will be provided.
