Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Staff to support daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, can work in a fast-paced environment, and are team players. You will assist with customer service, sales, merchandising, and general store upkeep.Key Responsibilities
As a part-time team member, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
● Supporting daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock handling, and cleanliness.
● Providing excellent customer service to create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
● Actively driving sales by understanding customer needs and recommending products accordingly.
● Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with NALA’s brand guidelines, including display setup, restocking, and presentation.
● Assisting in promotional activities and store events as required by management.
● Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
● Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Ensure all payment and refund procedures follow company policy.
● Stay vigilant on the shop floor and report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the manager
● Share customer feedback or product-related issues with the store manager to help improve service and operations.
● Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent preferred
• Able to commit at least 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks
• Prior experience in retail or F&B is an advantage
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred
