  • QueueCut Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based food-tech startup to support F&B merchants in the digital era. Operates a zero-commission food-ordering platform for dine-in, self-pickup, and islandwide delivery, offering unbeatable prices by charging consumers a small platform fee instead of imposing charges on merchants.
  • Provides a seamless experience for users to skip lines, order in advance, and dine in comfortably—all via their app.
  • We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated Sales Associates who are excited to bring cutting-edge CRM to life—right at the café table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site outreach to targeted small cafés and retail establishments in Singapore
  • Present and pitch CRM / Mobile-ordering solution, focusing on value-driven conversations with owners or decision-makers
  • Educate prospects on product features, pricing, and government grant support (if applicable)
  • Qualify leads, collect relevant business details, and follow up to drive closures
  • Manage and update CRM with key data and interaction logs
  • Collaborate with the sales and product team to refine sales messaging

What We’re Looking For

  • Charismatic & charming personality — you know how to spark a conversation and hold attention
  • Experience in F2F sales, F&B, or retail outreach preferred (internships/freelance okay)
  • Comfortable with cold visits and field outreach
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven—you own your schedule and numbers
  • Ability to speak confidently and clearly in English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil a bonus for certain café profiles)
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner—can explain simple software solutions
  • Strong understanding or willingness to learn about SME challenges and digital adoption in F&B/retail
