Job summary

Crocs Singapore is hiring a retail team member to deliver outstanding customer service across our stores. You will engage customers, maintain store presentation, manage POS, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1–2 years in retail, fluent English, and flexibility for rotating shifts including nights and weekends. We value energy, teamwork, and a drive to exceed sales goals while upholding Crocs standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• O Level or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible to rotate shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and able to operate POS.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals and stock room.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, inventory control and compliance procedures.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 16 years or older
• Possess at least O Level or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Salary or Pay Range: $11.44 - $13.17
