A leading retail company is seeking a Retail Associate for Takashimaya department store. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring store cleanliness. Candidates should have experience in retail and strong communication skills. Retail Associate
Location:Takashimaya (Department Store)
Salary: $15/ HR
Working hours: 4 - 5 days per week, rostered shifts (AM/ PM)
Duration:ASAP - 6 Months (Subjected to Extension)
Job scope:
Provide one-on-one customer service.
Inform customers of ongoing promotions, new collections, and special events.
Keep up to date with new arrivals, best sellers, and stock levels to recommend appropriate products to clients.
Manage and process transactions efficiently.
Ensure store maintains cleanliness and visual standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in mid-end retail environment is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using POSsystems
Availability to work on weekends and PH (rostered shifts)
