Retail Associate

Location:Takashimaya (Department Store)
Salary: $15/ HR
Working hours: 4 - 5 days per week, rostered shifts (AM/ PM)
Duration:ASAP - 6 Months (Subjected to Extension)

Job scope:

• Provide one-on-one customer service.

• Inform customers of ongoing promotions, new collections, and special events.

• Keep up to date with new arrivals, best sellers, and stock levels to recommend appropriate products to clients.

• Manage and process transactions efficiently.

• Ensure store maintains cleanliness and visual standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mid-end retail environment is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using POSsystems

• Availability to work on weekends and PH (rostered shifts)
