Retail Assistant – Wan Siang TCM

Location: Canberra Plaza / Fajar Shopping Center
Job Type: Part Time (min 2 days per week)
Timing: 12:30pm- 9:30pm $10/HR

  • Requirements:
  • Computer literate
  • Committed and service-oriented personality
  • Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity
  • Customer service experience in retail outlet
  • Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays (
  • Preferably able to identify herbs

Job Description:

  • Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities.
  • Assist in all other retail operation duties
  • Handle patient’s management system
  • Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages
  • Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager

* Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: $10/hr
