A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Part Time Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service, manage product displays, and handle customer inquiries. Candidates should be Singaporean or Permanent Residents, bilingual in Chinese and English, and have prior retail experience, preferably in luxury goods. A passion for Japanese culture and products is a plus. This position offers a good working environment and skill training.
PART TIME RETAIL ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We are looking for bright energetic candidates who are responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and maintaining good store's appearance.
WORKING DAYS / HOURS
2 or 3 days per week (Rotating weekend shift)
8 to 9 hours per day (Including 1 hour paid break)

REQUIREMENTS
Interested in Japan culture and Japan made hand-crafted products
Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
Bilingual in spoken Chinese and English
MS office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Prior retail experience at luxury product store or gallery
Maintaining good relationships with customers in order to develop a client base
Handle email/mobile apps/social media platforms enquiries
Facilitate and support the general operations of the gallery
Upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the gallery, in line with the company communication and promotion strategies
Any other related ad-hoc retail/gallery duties
