A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to assist with reservation-related tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, monitoring room availability, and supporting follow-up actions. Ideal candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and preferably have prior experience in front office or reservation roles. The position offers an hourly rate of $15, with a commitment of 2–3 days per week.
Location: Outram Park
Commitment: Part-Time, Adhoc Basis (2–3 days/week minimum)
Hourly Rate: $15/hour
Job Scope:
Assist with reservation-related administrative documentation
Work closely with Front Office team to coordinate bookings
Monitor room availability and provide updates
Handle booking records and support follow-ups
Requirements:
Prior experience in front office or reservation roles is a plus
Organised, detail-oriented, and good with admin follow-ups
Able to start immediately preferred
