Job description

Salary: $12.53/hr

Job hours (Adhoc weekdays):

  • 8am to 2pm OR
  • 12pm to 5.30pm OR
  • 2pm to 8pm

Job hours (Adhoc weekend):

  • 8.30am to 2.30pm OR
  • 8.30am to 5.30pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Attend to walk-in enquiries and incoming calls promptly.
  • Guide and help students and visitors with on-campus gantry access at both wings.
  • Booking of discussion rooms for associate lecturers and staff.
  • Manage lost & found items
  • Coordinate and arrange courier/ mailing for staff.
  • Receive & distribute incoming mails (Courier Services & Singapore Post).
  • Assist with receiving deliveries e.g., stationeries, A4 copier papers etc.
  • Top up papers in students’ self-printing area and assist students if there are any errors arising.
  • Ensure markers are refilled and dusters are topped up in all classrooms, student breakout areas, conference, executive offices, and meeting rooms.
  • General tidiness of reception counter/ cabinets and centralised stationery area in the office.

Assist Faculty in the following:

  • Provide gantry assistance for students and visitors
  • Distribution of calculators’ stickers for exam use
  • Assist the schools with ad-hoc collections during the weekends as and when required

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
