Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and email enquiries promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Manage visitor registration and issue passes, if applicable
  • Schedule appointments or bookings as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document handling
  • Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages and follow up on enquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
