Part-Time Pastry Cook (Permanent Fixed Position)


Location: Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie, 37A Neil Road

Employment Type: Part-Time (Rotating shifts—incl. weekdays, weekends & public holidays)
Eligibility: Singaporeans and PRs only

Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie is a modern dessert boutique specialising in Japanese and French-inspired mousse cakes and is one of Singapore’s pioneers in Japanese-style ice cream parfaits. We’re all about pushing creative boundaries, crafting new flavour experiences, and spreading joy through beautiful, thoughtful sweets.

We are looking for passionate, part-time pastry cooks to join our small but mighty team. If you love making people happy with desserts and want to grow in a supportive, tight-knit environment — we’d love to meet you.

Your Role
  • Work closely with the chef-owner on daily production, preparation, and plating of pastries and parfaits.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
  • Execute tasks independently with consistency, precision, and care.
  • Complete prep and assigned work efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
  • Foster strong teamwork and communication with fellow team members.
  • Support stock receiving, inventory checks, and storage organisation.
  • Opportunity to contribute to new menu development and creative R&D.
  • Flexible part-time schedule — maximum 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of pastry or cake shop experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right fit!
  • Valid Food Safety Level 1 Certification (required by SFA).
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented — you take pride in quality and presentation.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn and improve.
