Job summary

PEROLA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Part-Time Operations & Order Fulfilment Assistant to support on Thursdays and Fridays in Singapore.

You will process orders, update our ERP, and handle pick-and-pack tasks in our warehouse, including occasional lifting of cartons around 8 kg. You will also assist with stock records and simple admin tasks. The role requires 1–2 years in operations or logistics admin, comfort with physical work, and proficiency in Excel/stock systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in operations, warehouse, fulfilment or logistics admin.
• Comfortable with regular physical work and lifting.
• Organised and careful with orders and numbers.
• Comfortable with Excel and order or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and update our ERP system.
• Pick and pack orders in our warehouse (about 8 kg) and use a ladder for upper shelves.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare delivery paperwork.
• Keep stock records accurate and assist with stock counts.
