Roles and Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Engagement

1. Conduct 1-on-1 or group lessons based on students’ skill levels and learning goals.
2. Create fun and engaging lessons to inspire students.
3. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Lesson Planning & Preparation

1. Plan structured lessons covering technique, theory, and performance skills.
2. Customize teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
3. Prepare students for exams, recitals, and performances.

Communication & Professionalism

1. Maintain regular communication with students and parents on progress.
2. Ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
3. Adhere to the school’s policies and teaching standards.

Hiring Requirements:

• Minimum ABRSM Grade 6 (or equivalent)
• Able to commit at least one full weekend day (9 hours)
• Passion for teaching and working with students of all ages
