We’re now looking for a Part-Time Marketing Manager to help grow our audience, boost sales (products + workshops), and elevate our brand presence in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement focused marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness in new customer segments, increase website traffic, and product sales
• Develop and implement campaigns for promotion of furniture painting services and creative workshops
• Identify and activate opportunities for brand collaborations, influencers, and pop-ups

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Manage and grow our social media marketing - Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing
• Plan and execute social media content (reels, stories, posts) in collaboration with our Business Manager
• Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns

Community & Partnerships

• Build relationships with media, influencers, and local creatives to grow brand reach
• Plan and execute Big Blue Trunk events, participation at pop-ups, and collaborations
• Build partnerships for promoting and managing workshops

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 3 years experience in marketing (preferably in lifestyle, retail, or creative industries)
• Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Highly self-driven, creative, and organised
• A genuine interest in lifestyle, design, and creative community

Remuneration: Monthly salary of $900 for 15 hours per week, with CPF paid separately
