Job Description
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, promotional materials, registration
Liaise with vendors, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and execution
Support content creation for event promotion, including social media, email campaigns, and printed collateral
Assist in post-event evaluation, including collecting feedback, reporting, and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate records of event budgets and expenses
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or event coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
