The Marketing & Admin Asst plays a crucial role in supporting the team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining sales records, and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support: Provide marketing & administrative assistance to the team, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate sales records, including orders, invoices, and customer information, ensuring data integrity in databases or spreadsheets.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Compile and prepare sales reports to analyze performance and trends, assisting in strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams.
- Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, verify accuracy, and issue invoices as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: N Levels and above
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing & administration or a similar role is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBook & QuickHR systems are advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also important for interacting with customers and team members.
Work Environment
- In office (Chinatown area) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 4pm.
Salary
- Hourly rate of $15.00 per hour paid monthly with CPF contributions.
