Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a part-time logistics assistant to support processing and coordination of FMCG items and overseas orders.

You will liaise with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, and customers to ensure smooth order execution. The role involves packing, inventory control, and monthly stocktaking, plus maintaining store cleanliness. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with 4–5 hours daily starting at 6:30am.
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating FMCG items to external and internal customers.
• Processing and coordinating overseas orders for export.
• Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder and overseas customers on orders.
• Packing of FMCG and overseas orders.
• Inventory control and monthly stocktaking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
