Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites applications for a part-time lecturer in the School of Social Sciences to serve as the primary instructor of core and elective psychology courses.
Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials and discussion sections; supervising teaching assistants; and setting assessments. A PhD or Masters in Psychology and evidence of teaching undergraduates are preferred, with specialties welcome in multiple psychology areas.
The School of Social Sciences invites applications for part-time lecturer (PTL). We are looking for PTL who will serve as primary instructor of core and elective courses in the Psychology major curriculum.
Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, and discussion sections. Supervision and coordination of teaching assistants and tutors. Setting of assessment components and marking of examinations.
The successful candidate will hold a doctorate-level or a masters-level qualification in an appropriate Psychological field, be able to demonstrate effective teaching and training of undergraduate students. Candidates with specializations in one or more of these fields are particularly welcome: Personality Psychology, I/O Psychology, Bio-psychology and Clinical Psychology. Evidence of excellence in teaching and/or clinical supervision is highly desirable.
