A popular sushi restaurant in Singapore is seeking part-time kitchen staff to assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness. Candidates must hold a Food Safety Course Level 1 certification and be able to work shifts, including weekends. This role offers the potential for full-time employment in a supportive environment.

Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:15 PM
Salary: $13.00 per hour
Assist with food preparation (washing, chopping, and prepping ingredients)
Prepare and sell Japanese sushi
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen (including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas)
Organize and stock ingredients and supplies
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Must hold Food Safety Course Level 1 certification
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset
Responsible and positive work attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential
Potential to transition to full-time employment
