A leading company in HR solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist for a part-time role in Singapore. This position supports local operations and involves strategic and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with Singaporean employment regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR operations and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Singapore and Malaysia operations. This part-time role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of local employment regulations and hands-on experience in HR operations. The role will involve both strategic and administrative responsibilities, with flexibility in working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications.
- Conduct initial remote interviews and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
- Administer monthly CPF submissions, IRAS filings, and employment pass applications via MOM portals.
- Manage government claims (e.g., childcare, parental leave, reservist leave) through relevant portals (Pro-Family, NS Portal, SkillsFuture).
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., GPS, payroll software).
- Reconcile payroll entries with general ledger postings.
- Assist in drafting and updating employee handbooks and HR policies to align with ESG principles.
- Provide support for HR-related reporting and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to SingPass access requirements).
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SuccessFactor or similar HR platforms.
- Knowledge of payroll software and reconciliation processes.
- Exposure to M&A HR integration and commission payout workflows.
